BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

What a bad service from Online customer service.I placed order on the 6th of December online however I was over charged on the sale item I have all the screenshots showing the item was on sale when I placed the order still today no feedback whatsoever from their customer service. They Misleading their customers and sadly the item had red tag on it meaning it was really on sale. As the Customer Agent my self we believe in SLA however my favourite retail Woolworths SA don’t care about that sadly I still shop with them
