Bad customer service

I made a laybuy in August which the due date for final payment was the 4th ,then on the 4th at 14:00 my mom went to to make the Last payment and take the laybuy but she was told that the clothes have been put back on the floor. How can you guys implement such a system ,why not wait for end of business to return the clothes back to the floor.
