Bad customer service

I lodged a complaint on the 6th of March of half filled sparkling water that did not appear to be leaking upon inspection and got a response of complaint investigated and closed off yet no voucher was sent to me after multiple follow-ups. The dishonesty really taunts the brand's image woolies is no longer what it used to be
