Bad customer service

I recieved apalling service at Centurion Mall from the Cosmetic counter ladies, appalling experience on Friday! They are more interested in taking selfies admiring themselves in the mirror than assisting customers. Lazy and unfriendly. One lady walked away when I was talking to her to attend her hair, another was taking selfies and one was reorganising the shelve with products and did not want to move so I can look at the products. She refused to move. There are so may ladies there, why?None are helpful!!
