Bad Customer service

Am not happy with the service I got from Woodmead Woolworths. So I went there to exchange my son's shoes. I didn't have my proof of purchase. I throw it away cause he wore them . So the shoes got damaged and my son only wore them once . So went there to do an exchange which it didn't happen.

This Other lady (Busi) told me to leave the shoes they will get back to me regarding the shoes as they failing to find the specific code for the shoes !

I bought the shoes a month back can't remember the exact date . Fast forward gave her my contact details to get back to me !

Weeks went by I called the store she wasn't there!

Today she calls me with her store manager (Male) didn't get his name. Basically they told me that they can't help me with the exchange I should go back to the store where I bought the shoes there's nothing they can do , also the store manager was very rude I must say. With these 2 telling me that I should go back to the store I bought the shoes says a lot about them! They couldn't even come up with a better solution, life is expensive so now I have to drive from home to Woodmead then drive back to that shop I bought the shoes from! Disgusting I must say !

Am pretty sure I am not the 1st customer to exchange goods without a Till slip .

Am very disappointed with the service I got from Busi and her store manger! 😒
