BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a query there are purchases done on my account for R249.00 on the 27/07/19 at EAST RAND MALL BRANCH. I went to the branch on the 06/09/19 and I was told that I must call their head office. I just wanted them tell me what is Thermals and furniture that was bought on my account. Today 17/09/19 I called their head office I spoke to Lauren and Andile and I could not get any help I was once again told to go to the branch I fell very frustrated please help me.
