Bad customer service

Quite disappointed at the service I received at your store in Killarney Mall, I was looking for graduation shoes for my son the only size available for him was dirty and mind you they white , requested a discount and they told me to take it or leave it, however I’ve had a similar experience at Rosebank where I wanted a top but it had make up and I was granted a discount, just be consistent and also don’t sell dirty stuff and then give clients attitude, I had to take the shoes unfortunately because the graduation is tomorrow however you have lost a loyal client
