Bad customer service at Woolwrths WoodMead

Hi,

I just had the most horrible experience in my life shopping at Woolies Woodmead.

I live in Centurion but work in Midrand and had to get a few things at lunch time.

There was a cahier on till 5 01/03/2022 Till slip time 12:46

I wanted to pay my credit card and store card as well as shop. The lady at the till: Leboho M Leboho according to the till slip was impatiently and rudely shouting at me to repeat the amount I wanted to pay into my credit card.

I told her it's not necessary to raise her voice in such an aggressive tone unnecessarily. She became visibly upset. Raised her voice that it's because I have a mask and she could not hear me. The attitude and look she gave me is nothing I have ever encountered at Woolies. Just spoiled my day.

Teach them better than that.
