Bad customer service at Woolworth lawveld mall hazyview

Good day At hazyview lawveld mall they have bad customer service, am usually a customer of Woolworth at Johannesburg festival mall and barchacres I buy clothes and food every month I have never experienced this bad customer service, so I went to lawveld mall hazyview on the 4th of December to exchange a shoes for a kid since she was graduating , I got this fit dark guy who was so rude to me by the till... I greeted him and he said "mmmmm" I repeated say hello he rep**** by saying "mmmm" again and I said okay can you please check for me if I can get the bigger size of this shoe.. he said we dont have... and I said to him even if its nelspruit I can go please check for me on the system, he rep**** by saying I said we dont have. .. until another lady came and took the shoes on his hand while he was sitting there by the till abd and that lady said am very sorry I can see his very rude but we are sorry...

I would really appreciate if Woolworth can get to the bottom of this because his attitude is frustrating to work with customers... Woolworth will loose customer... thaks in advance
