Bad customer service and rudeness

Woolworths Mall of the South. Today on the 29th went to Woolworths Mall of South my daughter and I. While I was busy looking for a dress my daughter touched a piece of metal and it fell. She did not pick it up because she had stomach pain and she called me instead while I was busy looking for dress and I told her to wait. Then a black lady with blonde hair asked the security guard why didn’t my daughter pick this thing up? Who does she think will pick it up? That’s when I told her my daughter’s situation and I told her that because she was rude I’m also not going to pick it up. That lady is rude. I normally buy my dresses at Trenery Eastgate and I ended up driving there. I’ll never visit Trenery Mall of the South again.
