Bad customer service and bad attitude

I purchased a gown for Father's day gift. By the entrance they had a gift wrapping station, so I asked the lady (mthamo n) who was assisting me if i could get the gown wrapped becouse there was no one on the station when I passed it. She said they don't have the wrapping paper and they left with small gift bags. Fine. I went on the food side to buy few staff. I get to the till and the lady (Roli Ramboda) just rang my items no bag offered. I asked her if woolworths is out of stock for bags also becouse she didn't offer one to me and she just said sorry with an attitude and still didn't offer me one I left with my items in my hands. As I approached the wrapping station on my way out I see a lady wrapping a gown and sleepwear for another customer, I stopped and asked her if I could get mine wrapped too she said she doesn't know how to wrap and the big boxes for gown are Finnished. I told her I can wrap it myself. She refused to give me wrapping paper saying she is only left with valentine one. I didn’t want to argue with her so l left. This is not the first time I receive bad service from woolworths Northgate mall and I'm so angry that they keep giving bad service with attitude.
