Bad Customer service

I bought a sneaker at Woolworths CR, I don't like the sneaker anymore it's new not worn its still in a resaleble condition but the Manager on duty said to my daughter she won't be able to exchange it because it's a high velue item, yes i dnt have a till slip i lost it but however i dnt want a refund but to exchange it...
