Bad customer service

WOOLWORTHS worst customer service ever from Woolies in Balfour park ,Zaza the manager was so rude with the till operator that was helping me with the refund they refused to do with no explanation or reason.with the customer service I got from Woolies today I doubt if I’ll ever shop at Woolworths again,I’m so disappointed
