Bad Customer Service

Went to Woolworths in Tygervalley taking items back that my mom bought so she does not want the items anymore she lost her recent went there to exchange, Ncebakazi the PPC was rud told no she won't take the items back, I asked for a Manenger then Shena came, she told6me the same question, next to me there was6a white lady exchanging without a slip, Ncebakazi did not ask the lady questions she did the exchange so because it's me she said they will take the items for Auditing.

Yesterday I called requested to speak to Shena I was told she off..i called today Shana said to me yesterday she spoke to the auditing team and they brought the items back in store then we need to wait for feed back, Shana **** to me she say yesterday she was working from home.

I'm not happy at all Woolworths in Tygervelly prefer white customers as they give them good customer service.
