Bad Customer Service

I placed an order online yesterday 09/09/2022, via your app (Woolies dash), it was supposed to be delivered today from 10:00 to 11:00.

Up to today, I haven't received it yet. Please urgently help. I was charged for it, I emailed your customer care, I posted on twitter they don't care.
