Bad Customer Service!

I purchased a a product online on the 29th of December 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of January 2024, till today i haven't received it or any sort of communication or feedback from them, instead I'm the on who is running around phoning trying find out what is going on! 3 people have promised to get back to me but nothing! This is so annoying and bad customer service!
