Bad customer service

I am unhappy with Wooworths,Illanga mall,I wantes to layby boots,the last size 4 by the way.They refused saying that the boots will be on sale soon so I can't layby i must buy them..the reason why I wanted to layby is because I can't buy them cash Okay I ask them when does the sale start so I fan run to woolworths,they tell me they dont know.Bad customer service at it's best for such a big brand.
