Bad customer service !

I'm so disappointed at Woolworths customers service honestly. Incompetence, I can't believe such a big company can't help with a simplest request. I'm not sure people trying to help are not trained well or it's woolworths system that doesn't function. I requested a statement for 1 month november 2019, but none of these people can provide me with this, it's a joke seriously!!! I guess as long as woolworths gets money money money!!!!
