Bad customer service

I bought underwears @Woolworths wonderpark worths R3000 on ma birthday 20September 2020.march i called customerservice@woolworths complaining abt the Quality of 1 bra.they refer me to sent it to the store.i went to the store on 14th march 2020 @customer service they called the superior/manager who called herself Tebogo.she refuse to help me since o dont have proof of purchase.im dissapointed abt their service.to but a bra Worth 349.00 which only last for 4months.i buy Quality not the price.i had a choice to buy could to buy a bra @Mr price for R99 but Bcs i wanted a Quality.i went to Woolworths im so dissapointed.i felt like ive wasted ma money to go there
