Bad customer service

always find myself going back to the very same Woolworths because of its closeness to where I stay but it gets worse every time. My mother who is diabetic was drinking water and eating one of their snacks when she was told she can’t eat in the store. After spending thousands on groceries and waiting a long queue that has only 2 tellers we get told she’s not allowed to eat what we’ve purchased in their store. Disgusting
