Bad customer service

I went into Woolworths Boksburg to purchase food and came out with a torn shirt that I was wearing from their fire extinguisher. I tried to report it to the Manager/Supervisor in charge and he told me they can do nothing about it, at least if I was a staff member they would have bought me a jacket. To make things worse he dismissed me as if nothing happened. The only thing I got was an arrogant sorry.
