Bad customer service

I purchase a black Leatherreatte jacket from the Gateway branch at R 799. Within a year it started to fray at the collar after 2 wears. I handed it over to Musgrave Woolworths and to date no response. Thaabit from the store is still returning my call after several attempts to contact him.
