BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 29/09 I bought Opaque tights at Woolworths Pavilion for my Mom, it was towards closing time and I was in a hurry, I took XL instead of XXL then the following day after work 30/09 I came to exchange the size, when I read exchange rules they said nothing about pantyhose or opaque tights, the only thing they said it cannot be returned it's undewear but certain not every underwear, those tights were 150 and when I spoke to the lady from customer service and her name is Nokuthula Msibi, she told me that I cannot change it and I explained that my Mom didn't wear them , I was force to take them back and keep them at home because no one can use them because we all wear smaller sizes, so for me the whole 150 went the drain, the lady didn't even want to listen to me, she made it a big thing talking loud calling everyone to vouch for her that they can't exchange. Woolworths service it's terrible, the staff is no more friendly like they use to because of the staff. Their contact details are ***,
