Bad Customer Service

Good day I was at woolworths savannah on 20/02/2019 Easter Sunday Morning, I was assisted by Mapula Letsoalo. her attitude doesn't suite woolworths, I felt like i'm in shoprite honestly, with people who don't care about customer service, I don't know the rules and regulations given to cashiers by the retail store but I believe they should be related to me in a respectful manner not in a way she spoke to me, she didn't show any interest in what I was saying but just dismissed me, I was very disappointed that even after that she just said "Next customer Please" before I even leave still digesting the fact that she doesn't want to "Sell" me extra plastic bag... She didn't bother to care what exactly is it that I wanted but just dismissed me in a rude way..... I'm very disappointed in the customer Service, I wonder if the people living in Polokwne and shop at Woolworths Savannah receive such treatment on a daily basis.... I was disturbed and hurt and felt you guys dont deserve my cent because you dont care... i promised myself that the next time i visit Polokwane i will not bother visiting your store....
