Bad customer service

So yesterday I go to Woolworths as I do everyday after I fetch my doughter from crèche it happens that we are running late it’s 17:50 she really needs the bathroom if I take her outside when we come back it will be closed I meet a manager his name is Eugene I ask him he gives me a sermon that they do not allow any one in their toilets and he make sure that I understand that it’s an expetion he says to the other manager who is a lady she must accompany my doughter to the toilet i had no problem with that what annoyed me is the fact that a colourd guy sitting there waiting for his wife working at their financial services child wanted to use the bathroom he’s father was told they could go up with their child they were not preached to my this is both this people are managers so why did she not explain to the guy that they do not allow kids to use the bathroom the same way his colleague did to me and she was there I confronted him and he was so arrogant and he said I was ****** he will report me he wanted my details I refuse but then changed my mind so when giving him my name he did not to take my details he refused to take them down and asked the other manager to do so I asked him personally to take them he refused my thing is I shop at Wollies I am a VIP member and I get treated like that I’ve been to other stores I have been to other stores they have no problem with taking offering kids a bathroom.I was so hurt I even cried in front of my doughter I mean that’s not right.
