Bad Customer Service

I was very dissapointed and suprised at the poor treatment I got from Woolworths East Rand Mall, I had bought a trouser pants, but the size was wrong so I went back to exchange it, I unfortunately did not have the slip but did still have the tag on, and they did remember that I was there the week previously, still the staff said they could not help me, and were very ruder and disrespectful to me.
