BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very mad with service I received from Lisa the Indian lady at Woolworths Pavillion shopping center.She has bad attitude as well as bad customer services. I came to Pay for my account and she refused to take the payment just because I did not have the store card with me and I did not carry my identity document.

Now I have to leave without making a payment.Not long ago I made a payment without my id card today I’m told they cannot accept my payment,will she pay for the arrears because the account is not paid on time.

Don’t let ******s people deal with customers,this is sickening ?????
