Bad customer service

I just called Woolworth Jabulani Mall to ask if they had Gelatine Powder and Corn Syrup got transferred to 3different people , I was placed on hold for 4-5mins then someone hangup the phone I didn't even get assisted . Woolworth Bad Bad service wasted my airtime and my time holding I'm not happy
