Bad customer service

I bought a pair of shoes from gateway wool worths for 599 and during the first use the right side fitted so uncomfortably and I was in pain, I purchased the shoe on the 23<br> 23rd of April. I took the shoe back to la Lucia to explain and return and I was willing to change it for something else or get my money back and after driving all that way to la Lucia, they just said take it to gateway, as a customer I can't be running from store to store for someting that is expensive and uncomfortable. I don't have time to go to gateway therefore I went to la Lucia. They should be able to change at any store. Very bad and poor customer service<br> <br>
