Bad customer service

Worst online customer service, I placed an order on Thursday for delivery, then on Friday I received an sms that they planned delivery date is the 09/09, today is the 10th have not received my parcel, as I track my order it says could not reach me, meanwhile I never received an missed call or email that they are struggling to phone me now I have to wait 24 to 45 hours till they can decide when to send my parcel, this is ridiculous. Why lie and said you tried to call me meanwhile you didn’t. Even the call center lady was not even helpful. Worst service and very slow when it comes to shipment compare to other retail shops
