Bad Customer Service

I ordered on the 07th of April with woolies. Till now it hasn’t been delivered.Whats funny is that my profile says Delivered on the 11th.When I call all they tell me it’s out for delivery they will email the courier and have not been updating me .So disappointed with such customer service from a big retail company.Order at your own risk .
