Bad customer service

<p>I wanted to buy a coat since well its winter and unfortunately the coat I wanted I had no size... I then asked to be ordered from another branch which it was ordered for me its be close to a month now winter is almost gonna be over... I mean hiw long does a order take it was requested from Woodmead to Bethlehem how long does it take really its ridiculous really arent you guys using courier companies...If you gonna offer a service do it properly or dont offer at all.. </p> <p>Otherwise I could organized my own courier which would take 48hrs max</p>
