Bad customer service
<p>I Live in Mpumalanga Middelburg. I am sssssoooo disappointed the customer service of Woolworths. <br />I have lost my card and app**** for a new one at the Middelburg Mall branch. Firstly they were not very attentive or helpful. After insisting they contacted their HQ and told me I can collect it at the Witbank branch or post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woolworths expects me to drive 100 km to collect my new card while there is TWO woolworths branches in Middelburg.<br />Also the online shopping. There is quite a few items online that is not available in our shops and I would have like to order online to be delivered to me. However once again no delivery in my area!!!!!!!</p> <p><br />I have to wait for an indefinite time before I will receive my card via post.</p> <p><br />I am very disappointed.</p>
