Bad customer service

Hi

I went to Vaal Mall on the 09/12/19 to pay off my accounts and close them found a lady there in her office on her cell phone and told her that I want to close my accounts she said I need to pay and call after 24/48 hrs to close the accounts and she continued on her cell. I paid what I saw on my first page of the app(see attachment for example). To my surprise on the 23rd when I opened the app again I saw R180 and some cents and went to the store again on the 24 to pay it found a lady and she took me to the screen (system) and checked and showed me that same amount and I told her I'm being charged xtra after paying my balance and she was surprised and paid it immediately and now today I called in and spoke to James he says I still owe R2000+ , should I have been helped in a correct way this wouldn't have happening. I took loan to pay off all my accounts and this happens. I need my account fixed and closed.
