bad Customer care

3 weeks ago my daughter wanting to buy shoes they did not have her size. lady called ww potch and said she should buy at the glen then ww potch will hold the shoes. when we got to ww potch they held one pair, they checked and said that ww pretoria has the size. they will order them and it will take 3 to 5 working days to get them to potch. low and behold 3 weeks passed and no contact from woolworths. told het to go for refund, she is writing exams and Hopefully they will give her the refund. on monday the 18th I will go if they have not given her the refund and I will sort this out as nobody from woolworths seems to care..
