Bad Continuity of products

I bought a crockery set from them, the 'Everyday' range with the expectation that I could always get replacements when something broke, which I have done on a few ovations in the past. I broke a plate and went to get a replacement only to find the range has been discontinued. They now have a range called Essential which has replaced the Everyday rage but the white has a distinctly different hue, so you can't replace from that range.

I could have bought a similar set from other stores for a far lower price but chose Woolworths as I thought I could trust them to keep a range like 'Everyday' going i.e. I would always be able to replace broken items when needed.

{t seems my trust was misplaced. I spend at least R100K a year at Woolworths, or I used too. I will do my best to reduce this wherever possible.
