Bad communication

My Name is Robert Mangwane and my ID number is ********** 342085, I'm looking for my woolworths account and statement. I been calling you account department and none of you people can help me and they gave me this email to try get help. They gave me to companies to call about my account but none of this companies have my account or they cannot help me. My account was handed over without me by contacted not even ones by woolworths.

I need my account taken back under woolies as I have not missed any payment if you check my account its paid up or almost paid up. I need the statements so I can see how far I;m with payment.

Please investigate and please update me on what is going on with my account.
