Bad Collection Agencies For Such A Reputable Company

<p>I was retrenched from work about a year ago and as such I couldn't afford to pay my debts however immediately after getting a temp job I made an arrangement to pay my Woolworths credit and Store card of which I finished paying up on the 13th of October. I was then promised that my details will be updated on the ITC after 7 working days but until now a month later my ITC is not updated I am sent from pillar to post, no one is willing to assist me!! The stressful part is that I have app**** for new job opportunities now this is standing on my way, I am really dissappointed by this, I never expected it from such a reputable company. I was hoping to re open my store card when everything is settled but after this experience....never!!!</p>
