Bad click and collect online service

I made an online order at Woolworths on the 1st April 2024 and selected the click and collect option for Woolworths Somerset Mall. The collection date as per order was between 9am-5pm 10th April 2024.

I sent email to Woolworths dash on the 9th April to enquire about my order. Brandon Smith rep**** that as per order, my click and collect parcel should be collected on the 10th April, which was fine.

I sent another email today the 10th April to follow up on the order as I had not recieved the sms with pargo code even though I was suppose to fetch my order today as per click and collect. Roshni Otto rep**** to my email that I may collect my order as per schedule of the 10th April. To my surprise when I arrived at the store, the parcel is not here. I traveled all the way from Khayelitsha to pick up this order and wasted my fuel for nothing. I wish I could attach the screenshots of the communication I sent to Woolworths.
