Bad bad service

The service at woolworths is very bad.

I gave them my ID number to apply for a store card, I don't understand how one would get a surname wrong when they are given all the information to capture infront of them.

I am really not impressed because even on the store card that was given to me my surname is wrong.

Why ask for my ID if you are going to capture it incorrectly.
