Bad bad service

Woolworths financial institution it's not helping at all I app**** for a credit card on the 8th of July and I have to call them everyday last the advised me to send the copy of my ID to finalize but still haven't heard from them . It's the financial institution that you can't rely on when in need or for urgent matters but they stated that it will only take 24 to 48 hours hours to finalize application
