Bad bad bad service!

If it was possible to rate -5 stars I would, I went to do shopping for my kids at the Johannesburg Kerk Street branch and the service was **********. Firstly the queues were long and when I got to the tills the operator named Happy was rude didn't greet and when I asked for a bigger packet she blatantly refused and said I'll get her into trouble. She then vanished for a good 10 minutes and came back with a supervisor Brian who also maintained that giving a bigger packet when spending less than 2000 is a no no. I have no words to express the disappointment I experienced. I didn't expect such at a Woolworths store. Despicable indeed!
