BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I am nothing less than livid , I order from woolies monthly online and I never had an issue, so I ordered a gift on the 30th of May 2022 to be delivered to someone leaving tomorrow the 10th of June, I got a notification delivery will take place on the 6th of June , Friday the 3rd I was called for the address from the driver himself I confirmed and was told products would be delivered , Monday I called and was told the address was a problem I gave it and was updated , Tuesday I called same issue Wednesday I called same , I called today still not updated and this person leaves tomorrow , I am promised call backs and nothing happens I am the one calling and giving the same address over and over it can not take 4days to find a place.
