Bad bad bad is how woolworth is

I have had enough of woolworth mmabatho. I settled both store card and loan 29th January 2023. I still receive emails n calls to pay and they are adding more money too,the account is now handed over to MBD I've been calling, emailing and fighting thm since February no solution till to date
