BAD!!

Order number O***: I received extremely poor service from Woolworths online. My order was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4, but it is currently 18:20, and I still haven't received it. The customer care representatives are unprofessional and speak to me like I am one of her tjommies.

I've been unable to get information about the whereabouts of my order or the driver. BAD!!
