Bad attitude , lack of respect

I went to woolworths branch at Wonderboom junction on the 30th May 2015 to pay my account. First thing I did was to request for the outstanding balance on my account then paid all of the outstanding balance which was R633 plus cents. Saturday 06 June 2015, I check my account and there's R46 plus cents outstanding on my account. I called the Cape Town call centre and a clueless lady after throwing any ******* at me that suggest that I owe this money she then tells me that their system's records were not update to date. I told her it's none of my business and I'm not responsible for keeping their records up to date. She then tells me they will rectify the matter. Today 10 June 2015 I'm still sitting with woolworths ******** of R46 plus cents outstanding on my balance. If I'm I do not fall within your target market, please say so and save the ********.
