Bad Attitude from Woolies Manager

Wow what a service that I got from a floor manager( Nonkululeko Mthembu) she had a bad attitude ,rude and untouchable at your Woolworths store in Tembisa Birch Acres Mall.

On the 10 May 2018 I went to your store to do some shopping, when I was done buying the I terms I needed I went to pay for them at your till point, I was assisted by a lady named Precious she then told me about the VAT increase and advising me that the price tag on the Items I have is different from the one that is on the system, I then responded to her that its false advertising what you guys are doing why don’t you guys have disclaimers at the door or on the shelves saying that the price of the item will change at the counter due to VAT. I requested to speak to a manager I was told that Mashudu is a store manager however she is on leave and a floor manager by the name Nonkululeko Mthembu is standing in for her , she was called and when she came I explained my concerns regarding the price tag and the price on the system she was very rude as her attitude was disgusting as she told me that “THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO THIS IS HOW THINGS ARE I WILL PAY THE PRICE WHICH IS DISPLAYED BY THE SYSTEM AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED AWAY WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING TO HER AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES ” she then decided to come back while I was still asking the name of the reginal manager as I was not happy with the service I received from the store, I then asked her why don’t they have disclaimer explaining the change in price ,she brought me a board that has the disclaimer and I asked why isn’t visible for us to see that? I even took pictures to confirm what I’m complaining about. There was no visible disclaimer in the store, to my surprise I visited one of your store today guess what at the entrance door they have a big black board that is visible to anyone with the disclaimer.

If this is how Woolworths treats their customer then you will still get such complaints. Nonkululeko doesn’t deserve to be a manager or work for your company, I’m really disgusted on how she handled my situation and her attitude suck big time, how does a manager behave like her WOW!!
