BAD ATTITUDE FROM MANAGER

On the 09/07/2015..I purchased purchased a dress (size 16/40)which was R199 at Woolworths N1 City Branch.Today (13/07/2015)...as I was returning the dress ..firstly I was assisted by Tasniem...she told me that she couldnt take the dress back...the dress still ahd the tag and I had the reciept with me.....She insisted to call the Manager..she came...but she had extremely bad attitude....she told me that she wont take the dress back...cause it has been worn...So I adviced her on the day of purchase I did not fit the dress..cause I was in a hurry..so i did not check it properly...so as I was fitting it at home..thats when I realised that the dress does not fir me at all...All I need is either a refund or another size.
