Bad attitude from an employee

I went to Woolworths Brooklyn to collect a credit card, and was assisted by Fhatuwani "Malik". He asked for proof of resident and i gave him what i had which was a statement from tracker, A letter from the attorneys that confirms the registration of a house from the deeds office on the 21st of September 2017 and an insurance policy date 27 October 2017. He said it was invalid and i had no problem with that. I asked what should i do because i only have accounts with Woolworths and Absa, he then started with his attitude telling me if i expect him to commit ***** and submit my documents. I was not expecting that from someone who represent a big company like Woolworths. He went on and said he is cancelling the application and there is no one who can assist me since he is the only one who deals with the applications in their branch. I asked for the Manager and he called Leah (who was roaming around when this incident happened). When Leah came i was already angry and i explained what happened and apologized on his behalf and i said i was taking the matter to hellopeter. She advised not to bother because it wouldn't help. She (Leah) gave me a pen and paper to write my complain, unfortunately i was too angry to write then and i felt like sharing my experience through hellopeter. i left the counter then i realized that i didn't take her name(Leah) i went back to ask. I found her with a group of employees in black uniform, one of them asked "is it her" Really now, that was so unprofessional. They need to be taught the Batho Pele Principles before everything else.
