Bad attitude from a cashier

Please speak to one of your employees in Castle Walk food store. Her name is Nakedi Mokoana as per the till slip I received after the transaction. The lady is very rude and unwilling to assist. I wanted to pay for me store account and I realized I had forgotten my card therefore I asked her to use my ID number to search for the account number. She point blank refused and told me that is not possible, I tried to explain to her that I have done it before and she said still refused to assist me. I then asked her to pay for my loan account which does not have a card and she was like I also should produce a card for a loan payment. One of the cashiers overheard all this and volunteered to assist me instead. I'm thankful for the assistance I got from Josy Mosea. Nakedi Mokoana is very vile and unpleasant #SupportLocal
